Reflect - Take personal responsibility for your individual recovery journey—process your grief and suffering in a cathartic and productive way using tools and practices proven to accelerate healing. 

Lift - Reconnect with a sense of self-respect as you take control of your own life, stop obsessing, and break free of victim mode. Harness the innate healing power that comes from being of service to others. 

Rise- Begin to fully embrace being happy and content, in spite of life’s ups and downs. You will come to narrate your divorce story in a way that illustrates what you have gained, enabling you to greet each day with confidence, knowing you possess the tools and practices needed to crush life. Best of all you will inspire others and make the world a better place by sharing what you have learned along your personal journey.

• Explore and reestablish your individual identity—your likes, your dislikes, your passion(s).
